Tasks and Responsibilities
The Youth Baseball Coach tasks and responsibilities are to develop the youth aged baseball players by teaching them baseball skills and fundamentals at the team level and various youth aged instructional camps including Little League Camps. The youth baseball coach is also responsible for working under supervision of the associations head coach and operations manager to develop practice plans along with strength and conditioning exercises that assist players in being game ready. Coaches lead the way for our players to have a successful Baseball season. They implement winter/off season workouts before putting the teams together for our summer program.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Program Administrative Assistant tasks and responsibility are to assist the associations manager and the volunteer executive with organizing the various tasks of running a youth baseball program. This includes assisting with creating work schedules for the volunteers, scheduling practices and games as well as scheduling umpires. The position also assists with the set up of camps as well helping to make sure that the inventory of the baseball equipment and supplies needed for the season are in stock. Without the help of this position, the volunteers strain to keep up with the work load.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Event Marketing Specialist tasks and responsibilities are to help with the promotion, set up and execution of the 2026 Tournament Schedule Hosted by Medicine Hat Big League Baseball this year. We will be hosting 4 8 team tournaments with teams from Alberta and Montana showcasing their skills. Events will run in the Spring and Summer throughout our season. The Event Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for working under supervision of the associations head coach and operations manager to communicate with the host team and volunteers as well as the attending teams coaches, managers and volunteers. Each tournament will bring in a number of spectators.
